Swap Meet
Piracy – Karaoke – Conviviality
Saturday, August 6
8:30pm till late
Free Admission
With drugs and terrorism now consigned to the forgotten rubbish heap of history, America has renewed its commitement to the future by finally — finally — appointing a Piracy Tsar.
Upon his elevation, the Tsar strode onstage wearing a huge feathered hat and velvet cape, and fixed the gathered throng with a stealy gaze. Pointing his bejeweled rapier vaguely in the direction of Chinatown, the Tsar proclaimed that the enemies of the Empire shall pay for their insolence. Then, he clasped one mailed hand into a shaking fist above his head before hurling the gauntlet to the ground. And then he spit. A big wet one.
Well met, Piracy Tsar. Well met.
Prove to the Tsar that you are worthy of his scorn — come to Betalevel with your storage media in hand and a song in your heart as we search for the true meaning of peer-to-peer!
Cupcakes will be served.
